Requirements: level 85. You can find the Swedish Skyscraper in the Shop – City Sights. Add it to the to-do list and start the construction.

– Grow 70 crops of Corn (Farm – 1 hr crop)

– Collect 75 Coffee cups (Random drop – Bistro)
– Produce 10 lots of Cream (Dairy Farm – 8 hr recipe)

– Collect 20 Ties (Textile Factory – Silk – 8 hr recipe)
– Hand out 120 Brochures (German House, Family House, Colonial House)
– Collect 18 Plans (Ask friends)

– Collect 8 Concrete slabs (Cargo Port)
– Produce 80 lots of Concrete compounds (Construction Factory – 10 mins recipe)
