Collect 25 Newspapers (Subway station, Upgraded Subway station)
Collect 12 Microphones (Pub, Upgraded Pub)

Wind of Change II
Collect 10 Wooden beams (Cargo Port)
Collect 8 Tool kits (Shopping Center)
Collect 5 Strong ropes (Kindergarten)

Wind of Change III
Collect 5 Seals (Administration)
Collect 12 Clamps (Electronics Plant – any production)
Collect 11 Air brushes (Auto Repair Shop)
