The Bay

You can start your journey to the Harbor by clicking on the Bay area on the map. (You must be level 23 and have the Supertanic liner completed first.)
 

 
Your first task will be to build the Wooden Pier:

 
As soon as you add the Wooden Pier to your to-do list, you will receive the offer for the Captain’s house:

 
You have 15 days to upgrade the Hotel to 3 stars and get the Captain’s house and 25 Superbucks. The Captain’s house is a unique building (you cannot have more than one), can be placed anywhere, cannot be accelerated by friends, size 3×3, brings 200 Piastres and 1900 pieces every 6 hours. If not completed in 15 days you will not get the building or the 25 Superbucks.

After you build the Wooden Pier, you will be able to access the Harbor:
 

 
Here you will have to upgrade a few buildings. The first one is the Workshop.
 

 
After you build the Workshop you will be able to produce there items to help you with the other buildings:
 

 
However, some of the ingredients for these items are not locally available and you will have to send the Ship for them:
 
The Ship works this way: you complete the tasks that appear there and you obtain the ingredients you need for the Workshop:
 

 
After you get a reward, the Ship returns in 8 hours.
 
After you get the ingredients, you can start producing items in the Workshop:
 

 
At the beginning you have 2 available slots for recipes. You can start right away on the first recipe and give an order for a second, which will start after the first one is done. You can buy more slots using Superbucks. You can have up to 5 slots.
 
In order to get the bonus gifts for the Captain’s house, you will have to restore the hotel to its former glory and upgrade it to 3 stars. But before starting on the hotel, you will have to renovate the restaurant:
 

 
For restoring the restaurant you will have to complete some tasks. After that the restaurant works in a similar way to the Workshop. You can prepare there food for the tourists and use some of the crockery produced previously in the Workshop:
 

 
After you bring the restaurant to level 1, you will be able to start working on the Hotel as well:

 
After you finish the first set of tasks, you will be able to change the name of the hotel:
 

 
After you choose the name for the Hotel you will be able to deliver an order to the tourists situated on the beach:
 

 
After you deliver the orders to all the tourists on the page, you will be able to start a party. Tourists will bring Piastres during these parties, a new Harbor currency.
 

 
You can see how many Piastres you have right under the seasonal currency:
 

 
The higher the hotel’s level, the more Piastres you will be able to obtain during the parties. In order to upgrade the hotel, you need to complete a series of tasks:
 

 
After the first upgrade the hotel looks like this:
 

 
Before being able to upgrade the Hotel again, you will have to upgrade the Restaurant to level 2. However, the Restaurant also requires some upgrades, so simply follow the chain of upgrades indicated in the game and you will be able to upgrade the building one by one.

You can 900 Piastres from the Bay Bridge every 12 hours.

After you finish this quest you can buy new land expansions for Piastres and clear them of obstacles with the bulldozers, just like in the other regions.

The quest is received after upgrading the hotel to 3 stars.
You have 15 days to complete the quest and get the Maître d’s house.

In order to successfully complete the quest, it is necessary to:
Send the Ship out 14 times
Upgrade the Workshop to level 4
Upgrade the Restaurant to level 4
Prepare 10 tourist dinners
Organize 13 parties

The Maître d’s house gives 2,700 coins, 400 Piastres, 3-5 energy every 8 hours, can be placed only in the Bay area, can’t be sped up by friends.
 
Designer’s Belvedere

The quest is received after upgrading the restaurant to 4 stars; but it can’t be received simultaneously with the Maître d’s house quest, so you will receive the Designer’s Belvedere after you successfully complete or fail the other quest.

You have 20 days to complete the quest and get the Designer’s Belvedere and 20 Superbucks. Please note that if it is not completed in time you will not get the building or the Superbucks.

In order to complete the quest successfully, it is necessary to:
Send the Ship out 15 times
Finish building the Dodo’s nest
Prepare 9 vegetable cocktails
Prepare 9 trays of snacks
Organize 16 parties

The Designer’s Belvedere gives 2,500 coins, 600 Piastres, 4-7 energy every 7 hours, size 4×5, can be placed only in the Bay area, can’t be sped up by friends.
