1. Complete the quests:

Collect 11 Coffee Beans (Coffee Shop, Upgraded Coffee Shop)
Collect 30 Freeze gel tubes (Convenience Store, Upgraded Convenience store)
Collect 25 Burgers. You can get from 1-3 items each time (Bistro, Upgraded Bistro)

Haunted Dreams II
Ask friends for 9 Scarves
Collect 29 Pairs of shoes (Shoe Shop, Upgraded Shoe Shop)
Collect 14 Warm jackets (Premium cottage)

Haunted Dreams III
Collect 16 Carnival masks (Mansion)
Collect 3 Magic 8 Balls (Poor Parlour, Upgraded Poor Parlour)
Collect 5 Pots (Greengrocer’s Shop)
 
2. Collect profits from the following buildings:

Elven House – 1 key every 4 hours;
Supertanic Liner – 1 key every 24 hours;
Museum of Applied Arts – 1-3 keys every 18 hours;
Grand hotel “Château Frontenac” – 3-5 keys every 24 hours;
Maritime College – 2-4 keys every 24 hours.
