– Train 4 Mechanics (College)
– Collect 15 Units of water (Water Tower, Upgraded Water Tower)

Botanical Garden III
– Collect 80 Packs of seeds (Flower Kiosk)
– Grow 12 crops of Bananas (Fruit Farm)
– Collect 14 Cherry seedlings (ask friends)

Botanical Garden IV
– Collect 60 Fertilizers (Farm – Beetroot)
– Collect 50 Ropes (Textile Factory – Wool, Tulle, Denim, Printed Cotton, Linen, Venetian Lace, Silk, Velvet)
– Hand out 9 Chemical agents (Drugstore)

Reward:
If you don’t have the Botanical Garden, you’ll get the Botanical Garden (2300 coins, 5-7 pearls every 24 hours)
If you already have it, you’ll get 20 Superbucks, 30 pearls, 45 energy pack x3 and Beach House.
