Update: Today, many of you contacted us to report that the “Cellar” event’s rating was calculated incorrectly.

We have released a hotfix to resolve this issue. You will now be competing with people who are about the same level as you. This way, everyone has a fair chance to earn rewards.

We will also provide compensation (500 search energy and 2 keys to small chest) to all players level 15 and above in order to mitigate the negative consequences.

Dear mayors, we know you’ve been experiencing issues recently when doing helicopter tasks. We are happy to inform you that the issue has been fixed! Please clear the cache of your browser before starting to work on helicopter tasks again.

We’ve sent all level 42+ players the following helicopter items to compensate for the lost time and resources:
24 fertilizers, 6 marble slabs, 4 hand push lawnmovers, 4 skilsaws, 4 sickles, 6 Himalayan salt, 6 basil, 2 chili bunches and 4 vanilla extracts.

Players below level 42 have received 2 gold saws for the cargo helicopter in the center.
