Today we would like to discuss your feedback on the expeditions and share our plans.
First of all, let us thank you for the feedback you share with us. 💖 We closely monitor the discussions in the community and organize our own discussions within the team to address your feedback.
We can see that some players are unhappy with how the expeditions are going right now. 😢 These are some things we’d like to talk about with you.
1️⃣ Frequency of expeditions.
We see feedback that there are too many expeditions now. It’s really true. Each expedition is a new story from the life of the inhabitants of SuperCity. This is not just a new storyline, but also an opportunity to embark on an exciting journey, learn something new, earn unique rewards, and compete with each other and as part of a club. Therefore, expeditions become a key element of the game. But we really want you to enjoy the expeditions and look forward to them eagerly. We will have to work hard to get that.
2️⃣ The complexity of expeditions.
We also see some complaints that the tasks in the expedition have become more difficult, and some players are unable to obtain the main reward. Currently, significant work is underway to rebalance the expeditions — we will be implementing changes in each subsequent expedition and observing how they affect your gaming experience. For example, in the next expedition, there will be more rewards beneficial for the city’s development at earlier stages of the journey. We will also lower the energy requirements, but we will talk about that a bit later. We have a lot of work ahead of us, so we ask for your patience and understanding.
3️⃣ Awards.
We also want to share that we are currently reviewing the reward system not only for expeditions but also for other activities. And here we will also need your help. We plan to conduct a series of surveys to better understand which rewards you consider valuable and which ones do not interest you. So, expect news from us on this matter.
