Construction of Bureau of Architecture
The Bureau of Architecture is available from level 39 in the Shop. There’s no time limit to complete the construction quests.
The Bureau of Architecture does not bring profits, but it increases the population cap by 200. It requires 5×5 squares is can only be placed in the City Center.

How to upgrade buildings with the help of the Bureau of Architecture?
After building the Bureau of Architecture, you will be given projects (for example, enhance your bakery, upgrade flower kiosks, etc.). Click on the Bureau of Architecture to see the full list of projects.
The number of upgradeable buildings in each project is limited. For example, only 10 bakeries and 12 flower kiosks can be upgraded in the city.
The list of available upgrading projects increases with the growing level of the player.
In the list below, it indicates the level at which access is opened to an upgrading of the first building of a certain type (second, third, etc. of the building require a higher level. For example, the first flower kiosk can be upgraded at level 41, and the second – only at level 47):
First Bakery upgrade – level 39;

The items required to upgrade subsequent buildings of the same type are different: that is to say, for example, to upgrade the first and the second flower kiosk, it will require different items.
Finally, important details:
1) The harvest time of the upgraded building remains the same;
2) The upgraded business buildings require a little more goods to start work (but profits are higher, as mentioned above);
3) Some upgraded buildings may be slightly larger;
4) Some new expansions will be available at the top of the City Center map (above Nessie and the Airship);
5) The requirements in some old quest chains may change: the group and support center descriptions will change within a few days.
