Collect 37 11 Trowels (Subway Station, Upgraded Subway Station)

Eastern Charm IV
Collect 15 Wool (Textile factory, Upgraded Textile factory)
Collect 39 Throw Blankets (Colonial House, Upgraded Colonial House)
