😍 New megabuilding: we have the Stationery Megastore!
It is now available in the Department of Architecture ✨
🧐 If you’ve been wanting to know how to get a megabuilding, here’s a little guide that will explain everything:
1️⃣ 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. Without it, megabuildings are unavailable. Already have one? Great! Let’s move on.
2️⃣ 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐛 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. That’s where all the mega-buildings are.
3️⃣ 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲. To build a megafarm, you need regular farms in the storage and one in the city; for a flower megamarket, you need flower kiosks in the storage and in the city, etc. They must not be upgraded. The quantity is specified in the task.
4️⃣ 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤 “𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝” 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲. It will turn into a megabuilding, and the necessary resources and buildings will be written off.
5️⃣ 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. It will work many times more powerfully, because it combines several regular buildings.
Megabuilding is a new type of building which combines several buildings of the same type. This allows you to claim the profit of these buildings with one click, as well as more rationally use the land in the city.
The following megabuildings are currently available in the game:
Megafarm

Flower Megamarket

Construction Megafactory

Textile Megafactory

Electronics Megaplant

Dairy Megafarm

MegaCinema

MegaShopping Center

Megabakery

Shoe Megastore

Stationery Megastore

How to get a megabuilding in the game?
1. First you have to build a Department of Architecture. If you already built it, proceed to the next point.
2. There are two tabs in the Department of Architecture. The first contains upgrades of standard buildings and the second contains megabuildings.

3. To build a megabuilding, you need resources and buildings of the same type as the future megabuilding. The buildings must be non-upgraded and must be in your storage.
For example:
– To build a Megafarm, you need to have non-upgraded farms in your storage;
– To build a Flower Megamarket, you must have non-upgraded Flower Kiosks in your storage;
– To build a Construction Megafactory, you must have non-upgraded Construction Factory in your storage.
The number of buildings that must be in the storage is indicated in the task.

The number in the task above means that to build a Megafarm, you need to have 2 non-upgraded Farms in the storage and that you currently have 0 non-upgraded Farms there. As soon as you place 2 non-upgraded Farms in the storage, the number will change to 2/2.
If you do not have enough buildings of the required type, you can buy them in the Shop and place them in the storage, or move them from the city to the storage.
4. After you have collected everything you need, the Build button becomes active.

After the button is pressed, the game prompts you to select a building of the same type to be converted into a megabuilding.

Select a building and wait for the process to complete; the timer displays the remaining duration. You may also skip the wait using Superbucks. In either case, the required resources and materials are deducted from your account only when the construction process finishes.
5. Once the process is complete, you must place your new megabuilding in the city. Due to its increased size, it may not fit in the original building’s location.

You may need to clear space for the megabuilding before placement. If so, you can click the red 🚫 button to send the building to your Storage and place it later.
6. The new megabuilding will replace the buildings spent to obtain it. Thus, it will require as many resources and provide as much profit as these buildings would provide separately.
For example:
– 3 Farms were spent on the Megafarm (2 from the storage + 1 for upgrade);
– Therefore, a Megafarm requires 3 times more coins to start production and provides three times more resources when collecting profits
In total, you can build 3 megabuildings of each type (3 Megafarms, 3 Flower Megamarkets, etc.).
Levels of megabuildings
Megabuildings can be upgraded via the “Megabuildings” tab in the Department of Architecture. To view the upgrade requirements, select a specific megabuilding from the list on the left; the corresponding upgrade task will then appear on the right side of the window.

Upgrading a megabuilding consumes resources and buildings. Higher levels demand more resources for further development but grant greater profits.
Once you collect everything you need, the Upgrade button becomes active.

Clicking the button initiates the upgrade process. As with the initial construction, the upgrade requires time to complete; however, you can opt to skip the wait using Superbucks.
And once the upgrade is complete and you click on the building, the “Upgrade complete!” window will appear.

Megabuildings of any level can be placed next to each other.
The megabuilding window displays a cumulative counter of buildings consumed during its development. This metric reflects the scale of increase for both investment costs and profits.

The first number represents the current number of standard buildings incorporated. The second number indicates the maximum possible upgrade for this megabuilding. So for example, at the maximum level, a Megafarm can contain 15 Farms. Consequently, when you collect profits from these megabuildings, you will receive a lump sum profit equivalent to what you would get if you collect profits from 15 Farms.
The maximum level a megabuilding can be upgraded to is level 13.
Once the megabuilding is upgraded to level 6, you will need special resources (Upgrade plans: Islands) to upgrade it further to level 13. These resources can be obtained via the Bathyscaphe.
